The music video for the sub-unit Watarirouka Hashiritai's Kanpeki Gu~no Ne was mostly shot in Minato-no-Mieru Oka Park, in Yokohama. It means "the park on the hill where you can see the harbor".
Take the Minato Mirai Line to Motomachi-Chukagai, and follow the signs. It's a steep climb of stairs to get to the park, but once you're up, you'll have a view of the Yokohama bay harbor.
The view wasn't that great this day, but I don't think it would have been much more interesting on a clear sky day.
This is a commemoration building for Osaragi Jiro, the pen name of a historical fictions writer from the Showa period.
